1. Rappelons-nous une chose: les entreprises du secteur public ou les banques ont des fonds propres importants prélevés sur les impôts que nous payons;
2. À quoi nous attendons-nous lorsque notre argent est investi dans une entité; les meilleurs rendements possibles les plus sûrs?
3. Si les PSU / PSB subissent des pertes, donnez-vous de très mauvais rendements, que prévoyez-vous faire ?? quels intérêts essayez-vous de protéger? les salariés de ces entités, qui forment peut-être moins de 1\% de la population? ; 99\% de la population payant 1\% ???
4. Si les PSU / PSB ne sont pas en mesure de fournir les meilleurs produits / services, qui en souffre; nous tous ; Alors finissons-nous par payer plus pour un mauvais produit / service, payer plus dimpôts pour compenser les pertes de blocs dalimentation ???
5. Pourquoi les blocs dalimentation ne peuvent-ils pas fonctionner efficacement comme certaines unités privées? oui, certaines unités privées sont pires que de nombreuses PSU, certaines PSU fonctionnent plutôt bien

Mais en général, les PSU / PSB n’ont pas une autonomie totale; ils ne peuvent pas obtenir les meilleurs talents, les retenir; la mauvaise partie est le meilleur des talents du secteur public après avoir obtenu la meilleure formation / expérience, migre vers le secteur privé; Les PSU ne peuvent pas prendre de décisions rapides sur de nouveaux produits, services, modernisation, nouveaux investissements; trop dinterférence bureaucratique / politique
7. Le secteur privé aux poches profondes peut épuiser les PSU
8. Les gouvernements ne peuvent tout simplement pas rendre lécosystème identique aux multinationales / grandes entreprises du secteur privé; investissements massifs, R&D, prise de risques, fusions, acquisitions

Certaines personnes soutiennent que les UPE peuvent assurer un rôle modérateur sur le marché; ils peuvent maintenir les prix bas; La réponse est que si nous garantissons un marché très compétitif, sans aucune cartellisation, le consommateur devrait être en mesure d’obtenir le meilleur produit / service / prix
10. Mais soyons clairs; Il se peut que nous ayons encore besoin du secteur public, par exemple pour fournir léducation / les soins de santé gratuits, pour fournir leau / le drainage, les autoroutes, un niveau minimum de transports publics
11. Nous avons besoin de PSU pour investir dans des technologies de pointe comme lénergie nucléaire , Espace
12. Certains pays, même les plus développés, conservent une partie du secteur public; mais ils ont des modèles matures pour leur donner une autonomie; Selon vous, qui fournit le maximum d’investissements pour la R & D, le gouvernement ou par le biais de certaines institutions publiques?
13. La meilleure partie est que les pays développés tirent le meilleur parti de leurs secteurs public et privé; Si leurs gouvernements décident de fermer certains blocs dalimentation, pas de berceaux; Si leurs gouvernements financent le secteur privé, encore une fois pas de crèches
14. Mais nous restons coincés sur tous les fronts; incapable de tirer le meilleur parti de nos blocs dalimentation ou de permettre à notre secteur privé den tirer le meilleur
15. Passons maintenant à la question principale; quel est le but du système de gouvernance ?? Ne pas diriger de monopoles, ne pas diriger dentreprises, ne pas fournir demplois directs, ne pas exercer de pouvoir sur les institutions gouvernementales

Le but du système de gouvernance est de garantir que ses citoyens ne se retrouvent pas coincés avec des pénuries de produits / services, assurer une capacité suffisante, la concurrence, fournir un écosystème approprié pour que les entreprises prospèrent, faire croître léconomie, les gens obtiennent suffisamment dopportunités, rendre les gens compétents, rendre le pays compétitif, faire du pays un leader technologique
17. Le gouvernement en a assez dans son assiette – Élaboration de politiques à long terme, réformes, défense du pays, loi et ordre, relations étrangères, investissements à long terme dans les technologies de pointe
18. En ce qui concerne léconomie et les entreprises, le gouvernement doit jouer le rôle dun facilitateur, dun catalyseur; assurer les liens nécessaires entre lagriculture, lindustrie et les services; Jouer un rôle réglementaire approprié, assurer la facilité de faire des affaires
